The ReT teachers engaged under the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan are protesting for 21 days demanding the implementation and extension of the Seventh Pay Commission benefits to the ReT teachers in the state of J&K.

 

Under the banner of the Employees Joint Action Committee, the ReT teachers staged a protest and alleged that the officials of Governor administration governments has neglected their demands despite making promises of solving their issues during the meeting of officials with the protesting ReT teachers. They have also warned that they will continue the protest till their demands are fulfilled.
