It's back! And with all bang, glitz, and drama. Bigg Boss season 12 is finally here to satiate our entertainment quota for the day. It premiered on 16th September 2018 on Colors channel. The show is hosted by Salman Khan for the 9th time in a row.  

The Bigg Boss show started in 2006 and has been crowd-pleaser from the start. The fans lap up their favorite television stars and others in their own avatar and not as the television character. The Bigg Boss house is the medley of numerous celebrities who may or may not get along. The audiences can see their favorite housemate as they are, with no script or pretense. Season 12 is expected to deliver the usual components of the show- arguments, disagreements, ugly fights, fun games, internet or media and just other housemates, can be tremendously stressful and mind-blogging. This season promises to be unique from its very beginning.

Season 12 has the theme 'Vichitra Jodis'; It's known to be the season of singles versus couples. That is the participants can be singles and pairs too. The first pair to enter the Bigg Boss House was the comedian Bharti Singh along with her husband Harsh Limbachiyaa. The next pair is the television actor married couple' Dipika Kakar and her Shoaib Ibrahim. But the most curious and interesting couple is ghazal and bhajan singer Anup Jalota and his girlfriend Jasleen, also a singer. Another pair to enter is the sister-duo from Rajasthan. Singer Deepak Thakur entered the house with his fan, Urvashi  Vani.

Single entrants are also exciting, Karanvir Bohra, the well-known television actor. Neha Pendse, an actress who has made her mark in many languages. Christy Rode, a television actress. As is the tradition of the show, few participants are chosen who are not from the media world. Such as Sourabh Patel is a farmer; Shivashish Mishra is a businessman; Romil Chaudhary a lawyer, Nirmal Singh a police officer. Perhaps the most surprising entry was the former cricketer with the mercurial temperament, S Sreesanth.

Already the Bigg Boss House has already generated the excitement and audiences were in for a treat on the premier when Salman Khan shook leg. The inmates are already sizing up each other, time will tell as to who can survive this game of games.
