Ten people died and around 10 others were injured in a road accident in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday morning.   A senior police officer said, “We have got reports that 10 people died and around 10 others were injured in Thakria area of Kishtwar. Thakria has situated 15 km from the district headquarters and the vehicle was on its way to Kishtwar.”   “The overloaded vehicle skidded off the road and fell down in the Chenab,” he said.   Locals, police and rescue teams of the district administration rushed to the spot, started rescue operation and shifted the injured to a nearby hospital.
