Marriage - the most important events in an individual's life and hence everyone tries to make it the most memorable day. However, one video that surfaced on the social media left the netizens in shock and also made the marriage memorable for the groom and the other guests present at the wedding. The video is of a ‘Varmala ceremony’, which is a ritual of exchanging the garlands and usually comes with a competition where the groom competes with the bride of ‘who will put the garland first’? In the video, the bride and groom are preparing for the ceremony. A relative of the groom then picks him after which the groom put the garland in the bride’s neck. When it's the turn of the bride, one of her relative steps ahead and pick up the bride, however, she seems to be in a bad mood. Once the bride and groom are done by putting the garlands to each other’s’ neck, the bride shockingly turns around and gives a tight slap to the relative. When the embarrassed relative was asked about the incident he said that the bride alleged him of touching her inappropriately. The scene turned uglier when the relative slapped another woman standing beside him. While the woman stood in utter shock, the relative left the stage.
