COMPLIANCE PROCEEDING HEARING. Brake lights: Clear, unobtrusive lenses are legal. MINIMUM LIGHTING EQUIPMENT REQUIRED. GENERAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO MEASUREMENTS. (c) In this section, "super single tire" means a wide-base, single tire that may be used in place of two standard tires on the same axle. (c) An offense under this section is a felony of the third degree if it is shown on the trial of the offense that the defendant has been previously convicted of an offense under this section. 870 (H.B.
