A go-ahead for the farmers' tractor march on KMP (Kundli-Manesar-Palwal) Expressway Thursday was issued by the Haryana Police. On New Year's Day, dense fog and numbing cold gripped Delhi as the mercury plunged to 1.1 degrees celsius, the lowest in 15 years.
