A Delhi court on Friday granted bail to conceded safeguard to writer Upendra Rai, who was captured by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for claimed contribution in dubious financial transaction. Rai was captured in May this year by the CBI for affirmed questionable exchanges running into crores through his ledgers and for holding an air terminal security pass that he was not approved to have.
