Hundreds of vehicles were left stranded on Srinagar-Jammu highway on Wednesday due to a traffic jam between Battery Chesma and Banihal. An eye witness said that hundreds of vehicles were stranded on the road for hours together. A 300 cr. NH-74 compensation scam leads to suspension of two senior IAS Officer Pankaj Kumar Pandey and Chandresh Kumar in Uttrakhand.
