International Hockey Federation chief Narinder Batra has been elected president of the Indian Olympic Association IOA. He succeeds N Ramachandran from Tamil Nadu. Rajeev Mehta was elected unopposed secretary general of the IOA, while Anandeshwar Pandey is the new treasurer.My intention is to see that India should improve its medal tally in every event and work with the sports ministry to ensure better involvement of all the stakeholders,said Batra.My belief is we should think big.
